About the Role:


A great opportunity for a Middle Years Teacher & Mentor, who is an exceptional educator, to commence Term 3, 2018.


In this role you will be professionally responsible for the application of pedagogic and curriculum knowledge for the educational benefit of students in your charge.


As a Middle Years Mentor, you will also be responsible for the care and support of a class of Middle Years students, and for fostering their social, academic, spiritual and emotional wellbeing.

About You:


To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A passion for, and experience in teaching Middle Years students;
  • A demonstrated awareness of the central role wellbeing plays in enabling students to reach their full potential;
  • An ability to guide and mentor students, applying the principles and practices of positive education;
  • An ability to build rapport and develop enduring relationships based on honesty, integrity and trust with students, colleagues and parents;
  • SA Teachers registration; and
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
