Classroom Teacher (Junior School)

About the position
St Peter's College is seeking to appoint two Classroom Teachers to teach in the Junior School. These are full-time contract positions commencing in 2021.

 

The Junior School provides a dynamic and engaging learning environment for boys from Reception to Year 6. Boys participate in a broad and challenging academic and co-curricular program, within a framework focused on the wellbeing of every student.

 

As the successful applicant you will:

  • Have appropriate Junior Primary or Primary teaching qualifications.
  • Be registered with the South Australian Teachers Registration Board.
  • Have experience in classroom teaching at Junior School level.
  • Possess a sound knowledge of current primary educational theory and curriculum
  • Have an awareness of the central role wellbeing plays in enabling all students to flourish.
  • Have a commitment to the ethos of an independent Anglican school.
